The Attorney

Over a decade in patent and trademark practice.

Karthik Murthy has drafted and filed patent applications across a wide range of technical fields, responded to office actions, worked directly with patent examiners, and brought numerous patents to issuance. He has also prepared and filed trademark applications for clients ranging from individual inventors to multinational companies.

His litigation background includes electronic discovery, claims chart preparation, and negotiation — experience he draws on when a matter moves from prosecution into enforcement. In recent years, his practice has increasingly focused on patent applications covering artificial intelligence.
